You Can Now Create a Linkedin Newsletter
If you didn’t know this already, and previously haven’t been able to do so, Linkedin has rolled out the ability to create your own newsletter on its platform to everyone that has the “Creator Mode” turned on (if you need more information on what Creator Mode is and how to turn it on, click here).
This is kind of a big deal for those that want to attract their ideal patients from Linkedin into their practices (ahem, that’s YOU!)…
The reason it’s important to have this capability is that you can now have your subscribers get notified every time you publish a new edition of your newsletter and, upon initial publication, have your connections notified if they want to subscribe.
You may be thinking that, because Linkedin tends to be more of a professional business-to-business networking platform, you don’t even want to spend any time on it, let alone start a newsletter.
My response to this objection is simply this:
I am CERTAIN many of your patients and prospective patients are on Linkedin.
It is, by far, one of the easiest platforms to find and connect with your local leaders, influencers, and community organizers… in other words, people who will potentially refer a large number of friends, family, and colleagues into your practice once they, themselves, are wowed by your products and services.
For my own practice, I received more new patients on Linkedin than all social media platforms combined!
If you haven’t grown your network of potential patients, local business leaders and influencers on Linkedin, I highly recommend that you begin… TODAY!
I’ll be discussing the benefits of being on, and optimizing, Linkedin to grow your practice in upcoming articles here on the site and in the Specialty Secrets Marketing Method Newsletter. You’ll also get tips on specific content to share depending on the specialties you provide and where your patient or potential patient exists on their customer or awareness journey.
